My subscription does not show up in "My Account".

You have already ordered a subscription but if you log into your account it isn't displayed anywhere?

1. Please make sure to log into the right country (click on the flags in the top right corner and select the German flag) and make sure you are on https://www.yamo.bio/de-de/ (as a German client)

2. Do you use the correct email address? If your not sure, check which adress received all prior emails from yamo - this is also your account email.
